They do not govern the manufacturing, design, or commercial relationship between us and any specific customer — that is handled in the signed engagement agreement applicable to your programme.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. We may revise these terms occasionally; the “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. About the Site
The Site is informational: it presents what we do, publishes engineering articles for the electronics manufacturing community, and provides forms for prospective customers to reach us. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or quotation — actual quotes and commercial terms are issued in writing by our engagement team after a manufacturability review.
3. Intellectual property
Site content
All content on the Site — articles, photographs, diagrams, code, brand marks, and the structure of the Site itself — is owned by Pioneer Horizon or our licensors. You may read, link to, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not republish substantial content, sell or redistribute it, or use our brand to imply endorsement.
Resources articles
Engineering articles under /resources may be cited with attribution and a link back to the original article. Bulk reproduction requires our written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Submit false, misleading, or spam information through our forms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to administrative areas, APIs, or the underlying infrastructure.
- Scrape, mirror, or otherwise systematically harvest content at scale without permission.

5. Enquiries & design files
When you submit an enquiry or share design files with us:
- We treat shared engineering artefacts as confidential by default — see our Privacy Policy for retention and access details.
- You confirm that you have the right to share what you're sharing (i.e. the designs are yours, or your customer has authorised you to share them).
- Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign the applicable order or master agreement.
6. Warranties & disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep articles accurate, but the Site does not give engineering or legal advice for your specific project. Decisions about manufacturability, certification, or production should be validated against your design constraints and, where relevant, in writing with us under an engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties regarding the Site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pioneer Horizon's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Pioneer Horizon harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
