We're a B2B electronics manufacturing company — our customers are engineering and procurement teams, not consumers — and this policy is written for that context.
1. What we collect

- Enquiry & consultation form data— your name, company, email, phone, the service you're asking about, project stage, and your project brief. Submitted via the forms on /contact and the landing-page CTA.
- Design files & technical documents — Gerbers, BOMs, schematics, mechanical drawings, and similar artefacts you send by email or attach to enquiries. These are confidential under the NDA framework described below.
- Direct correspondence — emails, phone calls, and meeting records exchanged during a customer engagement.
Information collected automatically
- Technical context — IP address, user agent, and approximate geographic region attached to form submissions, used for spam triage and troubleshooting only.
- Server logs — standard HTTP request logs at our hosting layer (Google Cloud Run via Firebase App Hosting), retained for operational debugging.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and run engineering reviews.
- To manage active customer programmes through their lifecycle.
- To improve the website's usability and the quality of our published resources.
- To detect and prevent abuse of our forms or infrastructure.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Design files & confidentiality
All design files, BOMs, schematics, and similar engineering artefacts you share with us are treated as confidential by default. Our standing practice is:
- Access is restricted to the engineering and operations staff working on your engagement.
- Files are stored on access-controlled internal systems, not on personal devices.
- We're happy to sign your company's NDA before the first file exchange; we can also provide ours.
- Files are retained for the duration of the engagement plus the agreed warranty / programme support window, then deleted or returned per contract.
4. Third parties we use
The website and its forms depend on a small set of vetted service providers:
- Google Cloud (Firebase App Hosting + Secret Manager) — hosts the site and securely stores configuration secrets.
- MongoDB Atlas — stores published Resources content and the metadata from enquiry submissions.
- Resend — sends the confirmation email you receive after submitting an enquiry, and notifies our team.
Each provider has its own privacy commitments and security posture. We share only what each provider needs to perform its function.
5. Cookies & analytics
The public site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. A single session-only cookie is used for the /adminconsole (visible to our staff only). If we add product or marketing analytics in the future, this section will be updated and you'll be given the option to opt out.
6. Retention
- Enquiry records — retained while an engagement is open, plus up to 24 months for follow-up. You can request earlier deletion.
- Server logs — typically 30–90 days.
- Customer programme records (per-board traceability) — 7 years for Class 3 builds.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete it (subject to contractual / regulatory retention).
- Stop processing it.

9. Children
The site is intended for engineering and procurement professionals in a B2B context. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the business changes. When we do, we'll bump the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes (e.g. a new processor handling personal data), we'll provide more visible notice on the site.
